After nearly 5 years working with private nutrition clients, I began to realize that nutrition advice alone was not resolving the insecurities that many of my clients were feeling about themselves.
And just like the women I was working with, I finally saw for myself that pursuing weight loss and the “perfect body” by restricting what I ate wasn’t making anyone happy, especially me.
Through lots of work on my own mindset combined with a deepening of my faith in God, I woke up to the fact that I was using way too much headspace worrying about how I looked, how much I weighed, and how everyone perceived me. It. Was. EXHAUSTING!
From that moment forward, I decided it was time to for a change. Not only would I embrace my perfectly imperfect self, but I would also help others do the same.
So I got to work, and I can proudly say I am more accepting of my body than ever. I am far more able to balance my health goals with my desire to live a life of freedom and joy. I still struggle sometimes but I’m consistently making progress towards a better balance, and far more confidence in my body no matter what the number on the scale says or what size pants I'm wearing!

Group video calls will cover important topics ranging from determining your ideal diet for specific health issues, to training effectively, to building a better body image, to how to eat intuitively, and more. We'll go deep into the topics that are most important to YOU. Plus, all calls are recorded so you can watch at your convenience!
If you join the coaching program at the VIP level, you'll get monthly 45 minute private phone calls with me to discuss your individual needs and come up with a completely customized plan. Plans can include diet, supplement, and lifestyle guidelines as well as personalized mindset coaching and support. (All participants have the option of booking a private call with me.)

I love group coaching and curating a community of likeminded, engaged women who are there to support and encourage each other can make the coaching experience far more powerful.
But I also recognize that some women need and crave that extra one-on-one time, and so I also offer private coaching options for those who prefer to have my full attention for every session.
We'll use the strategy session to figure out which option works best for you so that you have the most amazing experience and best results possible.
Yes and no. I will provide sample meal plans, as well as resources for apps that can help you develop an appropriate meal plan for your needs. However, my philosophy is that strict meal plans are crutches that prevent you from learning how to eat in an intuitive, educated way. I prefer to provide meal templates for my clients to help give them both structure and freedom in their food choices.
Shh... it's a secret! I am in the process of gathering a variety of amazing, knowledgable, and just awesome women (and some men!) who are going to cover topics such as pelvic floor health, digestive function, training tips, mindset makeovers, and more. I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RD) with a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) and I am ADAPT Framework Level One Trained by the Kresser Institute for Functional and Evolutionary Medicine. I am also a staff nutritionist for the Kresser Institute where I assist in the training of other ancestral health practitioners and coaches.
I have worked with hundreds of clients over several years on a variety of health conditions, and my training and experience – combined with my compassion and realistic view of health – makes me a well-prepared partner for you in your journey towards better physical and mental health.

For coaching to work, you must be fully invested.
If making this investment in your coaching package is going to jeopardize your ability to pay rent or keep food on your table, it’s not the right time for you to apply for the mentorship. However, if you can still cover your basic needs, and the coaching investment feels like a stretch, that’s a really good thing!

No. Coaching requires a commitment, from both the coach and the client. When a client knows a refund is possible, it is too easy for her to have “one foot in” the coaching relationship and “one foot out” the door in case the program “doesn’t work.” If you think the program might not work for you, it won’t. You must believe that this program has the potential to give you the results you desire, or you should not make the investment. When you go into something knowing that you have an “out,” it is unlikely that you will give it 100%. I desire each and every client to thoughtfully consider this investment BEFORE committing. Once you have paid your deposit, you are fully committed and no refunds will be offered.
