When you register for Strong and Fearless™, you'll get a ticket to our 3-hour in person seminar, which will be held at Capital Strength and Conditioning in Raleigh, NC on November 3rd, 2019. Matt will be leading the instructions, along with another coach if necessary. Laura will be there to offer support and help demo the exercises.

You will also receive instant access to our online training portal, which includes two 7-week training programs you can do from any gym, as well as a guide to getting your first chin up. Take your new skills home with you and continue your training journey!

Plus, everyone who attends will receive a $100 gift card to Capital Strength and Conditioning to use towards any coaching package. Matt also offers virtual coaching for those who are coming from out of town!

If you have never touched a weight (e.g. dumbbell, barbell, kettlebell, etc.) in your life, or if you have any significant injury or illness, we do not recommend coming to this seminar. This is not for complete newbies, and we recommend reaching out to Matt for guidance about how to get started with a personal training session.

However, if you have ever used a weight, even a 5 pound pink dumbbell, we'd love for you to join us for the event and totally up-level your training game! It's never too late to learn how to train effectively.
